Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use World Cup Fan Id Card to generate, save, download, share, or purchase unofficial Fan ID Cards.
What the service provides
World Cup Fan Id Card lets fans upload a photo, choose a team style, optionally add match context, and generate an unofficial digital Fan ID Card for personal sharing and collection.
Your image rights
You are responsible for the photos and names you submit. Do not upload content that you do not own, do not have permission to use, or that violates another person’s privacy, publicity, copyright, or trademark rights.
Unofficial use only
Generated cards are fan-made digital designs only. They are not real identity documents, tickets, access passes, official merchandise, or proof of affiliation. Do not use generated cards to mislead others or claim official tournament access.
Plans and paid access
Paid plans unlock the generation rights shown at checkout. Unlimited plans are subject to fair-use, abuse prevention, rate limits, and technical safeguards. Subscription billing and customer portal access are handled through Stripe.
Prohibited content and behavior
Do not use the service to create illegal, harmful, hateful, deceptive, infringing, sexually exploitative, or impersonation-based content. We may block generations, suspend access, or remove content when necessary to protect users and the service.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available, but generation providers, storage, payments, and hosting may occasionally fail or change. We may update features, pricing, plans, limits, and these terms as the product evolves.
