This policy explains how World Cup Fan Id Card handles information when you create, save, share, or purchase access to unofficial Fan ID Cards.
Information we collect
When you use World Cup Fan Id Card, we may collect your email address, login details, invite code, selected team, fan name, uploaded photo, generated card, trial status, purchase status, and basic technical information such as IP-derived abuse signals, device identifiers, browser data, and event logs.
How your photos are used
Uploaded photos are used to create your unofficial Fan ID Card and to show or save your result when you are signed in. We do not claim ownership of your uploads. You must only upload images that you own or have permission to use.
Payments and account access
Payments are processed by Stripe. We store plan status, entitlement dates, checkout events, and billing identifiers so we can unlock paid access, prevent abuse, and help with support. We do not store full payment card numbers.
Service providers
We may use trusted providers for authentication, image generation, payment processing, analytics, storage, hosting, and abuse prevention. These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service.
Retention and deletion
Generated cards and account records may be kept while your account is active or as needed for billing, security, and legal purposes. To request deletion of account data or generated images, contact support.
Unofficial fan product
World Cup Fan Id Card is an unofficial fan tool. We are not affiliated with FIFA, national teams, players, sponsors, clubs, or tournament organizers.
